Packrat Cards Game
I took the initiative to approach the most renowned games and toys publisher in my region to introduce a new game style when I recognized a lack of diversity in the market, with most available games following the same social gaming patterns.
I led the entire project's design process in collaboration with the publisher's team, from conceptualization and prototyping to production and the public market launch. "The full design process is explained below"
Objective
This game was designed as a party game with commercial objectives and experimenting public feedback on new turn-sequence mechanic introduced in the game.
Results
The game met its commercial objective with a successful launch selling 3,000 units in the first 4 months, then doubled by organic sales over the course of 8 months.
Gathered feedback has completed my design cycle, with positive reviews and further enhancements.
