    Gather information, includes a comprehensive assessment of client requirements, project objectives, the intended audience, available technological resources, the targeted platform, and a thorough market study,

    Establish clear definitions for project aspects: problem statement, game vision, game objectives, design framework, preferred game genre, available resources, and team structure. That set a direction for a focused game design process.

  • Ideate

    Creative brainstorming phase where we generate, explore, and prioritize game ideas and mechanic concepts. Encouraging diverse thinking, creating simulations/prototypes, and continually refining concepts to align with the game's vision and objectives.

    Crafting early versions of the game to test and refine its mechanics, through an iterative design approach, testing prototypes to gather feedback from players; generating data-driven improvements, ensuring the game's mechanics are engaging and balanced.
